We at Dhanush believe in a proper balance between professional and personal life. Our work code puts thrust on the notion that employees would enjoy both professional and personal life. In short, Dhanushites believe in working hard and partying harder!

Our experience has shown that team bonding only happens when people mingle with each other at a personal level. To achieve this objective we organize periodic corporate outings, monthly open forums, parties and so on. Working at Dhanush is not just about concentrating hard, delivering productivity, quality and meeting deadlines; it is also about having fun!

This is what we do at Dhanush - of course - apart from work!

Monthly Meet - Management and employees from all departments get together, party & have fun - 1 st Saturday of every month.

Corporate Outings - We go out to various fun getaways in and around Hyderabad and savour life

Anniversary - We come together to celebrate the anniversary of Dhanush which happens to be on the 31 st of January every calendar year.

Festive Celebrations - We join and celebrate different festivals like Diwali, Christmas, Dussera, Eid, New Year, Holi, and others.

Fun and Culture - Life at Dhanush is brimming with events, where employees can pursue their interests in areas as varied as fine arts, culture, or sports. The objective is to ensure that employees are not confined to their desks. Employees demonstrate their skills and interests through forums. These events are generally not competitive, but a competitive element is sometimes added to enhance enthusiasm and to bring out the best in them.
