KL Murthy heads Presales and Solutions at Dhanush InfoTech, besides also heading ERP Practice (Oracle & MS Axapta). He has over 20 years of experience in practice management, delivery management, team management, account management and general business management. He oversees customer discussions, customization of solutions, due-diligence and technological R&D. He is also responsible for managing the strategic leadership forum of business operations.
Murthy has worked with major technology giants such as Apple and Cisco alongside India based IT MNCs like Tech Mahindra. His practice management experience extends to Oracle ERP and related products catering to the business requirements of various market verticals. His expertise in delivery management includes identifying and de-risking of the delivery/ engagement from perceived risks based on technology, geography and business verticals.
Murthy holds a Bachelor's in Engineering from Osmania University and a Masters in Electronics & Communication Engineering from JNTU.
Sudhindranath Neela - Director
Sudhindranath Neela heads Global competency, Delivery and Account Management for ERP (Oracle & MS Axapta).
He has over 28 Years Strong professional experience in project management and program Management along with various delivery life cycle experience in the Information technology arena, ERP & MRP. Rich experience in ERP of Oracle Apps in variety of projects from Implementation, Development, Upgrade and support.
Closely aligned to Manufacturing, Telecom, Oil & Gas, Consumer, Retail Industry sector and driving solutions to the client. He has been involved in benchmarking activities helping the firms to benchmark their various process (Finance, Supply chain, IT, HR etc.) with respect to their Peers.
Intensive experience with state of art handling in Vendor management, business development-Sales support, client management, procurement management, Human Resource management, Practice Management and in onsite and offshore Delivery model. Apt to work in diversified and cultural teams and has exemplary skill of blending organizational goals, customer goals and personal goals for the benefit of all parties involved.
Prior to Dhanush he has worked in large IT and consulting companies like Tech Mahindra and Deloitte.
Sudhindranath holds a Bachelor's in Engineering, Masters in Business Management and Masters in Philosophy in management apart from being a project management professional.
Venkata Chandrasekhar Madala - Offshore Delivery Head
Mr. Chandra Madala has immense and valuable experience of about 20 + years in Delivery Management, Customer Management, building profitable off shore delivery centers. His Operations excellence in Projects Delivery, and Business Development in domains like Banking & Financial Services and Manufacturing has earned him laurels in the organizations he served. He grew up the ladder in the organizations and held various managerial positions, the latest role being a Center Head, Delivery Head with Birlasoft Limited. He was also a Global Delivery Head with Satyam Computers where he has worked for more than 12 years.
He has successfully executed projects and managed top clients like GE Money, Citi Bank, Telstra, Nokia, Standard Chartered Bank, World Bank, Cater Piller Fianancials and DTCC during his previous engagements.
Mr. Chandrasekhar's professional career also includes extensive travel to countries like Australia, US, Europe and Japan for Business Presentations/Discussions/Project Initiations and more. He holds a Project Management Professional Certification from Project Management Institute, USA. He is a double Post Graduate in Business Administration and Information Technology and has a Bachelor's Degree in Science from Sri Venkateswara University. Various trainings includes Six Sigma Green Belt, ISO 9000 Lead Auditor, Global Leadership programme and also Leadership Excellence Acceleration Programme (LEAP).
